国际研究生院关于取消OWUSU-TIEKUNANA YAA GYAAMA等5名留学生住宿资格的公告
Announcement on cancellation of accommodation for 5 international students including OWUSU-TIEKUNANA YAA GYAAMA
OWUSU-TIEKUNANA YAA GYAAMA等5名学生是清华大学深圳国际研究生院留学生。自2020年新冠疫情后未返校，已办理退学、休学等手续，但未办理退宿手续。根据《深圳大学城学生公寓管理办法》（深学城办〔2019〕47号）规定，“学生公寓的入住对象为全日制在籍在校生”、“学生因毕业、结业、肄业、退学、转学、入伍、休学等原因需要退房的，须办理退宿手续”。目前，无法联系到以上学生。经清华大学深圳研究生院与深圳大学城管理服务中心共同研究，决定终止5名学生住宿资格并解除与其签订的《深圳大学城学生公寓住宿协议》、停止包括住宿和校园卡等各项后勤服务，依法收回入住床位，自公告日起10日后，对房间内的的遗留物品按遗弃物资进行清理。
The five students including OWUSU-TIEKUNANA YAA GYAAMA are international students at Tsinghua SIGS. These students who have not been physically present at SIGS since the outbreak of COVID in 2020 have gone through the formalities of withdrawal or suspension, but failed to check out of the student apartment. According to the Measures for the Administration of Student Apartments in Shenzhen University Town (Shenzhen University Town Office [2019] No.47), “full-time registered students living in the student apartments need to check out if they graduate, drop out, transfer, enlist, suspend schooling, etc.”. At the moment, these five students cannot be reached. SIGS and the Management Service Center of Shenzhen University Town have jointly decided to terminate the Student Apartment Accommodation Agreement of University Town of Shenzhen with the five students, stopping providing accommodation services, disenabling their campus cards, taking back their beds, and removing whatever left in the room.
现进行公告，时间为2023年7月25日至8月3日。若以上5名学生在公告期间未提出任何异议，视为通知已送达。

The announcement will remain posted from July 25th to August 3rd, 2023. The announcement is deemed to have been received if no one of the five students raises any objection during the period.

如当事人对此决定有异议，可在本公告发出之日起10日内，向深圳大学城管理服务中心校园服务部提出书面申诉，逾期不予受理，申诉处理期间该决定不停止执行。
Any of the five students having objections to the announcement may submit a written appeal to Management Service Center, Shenzhen University Town within 10 days from the date of the announcement. Overdue appeals will not be accepted, and the announcement remains valid during the period when an appeal is processed.
